Elevate cheese making to an artform and tell the Castello brand story through a fully functional retail store in New York City.

APPROACH:

TRIGGER(HOUSE lead the real estate search, design, and build of the first ever North American Castello Cheese Store. On the execution side, our experienced team managed day-to-day store management including permitting, recruiting experience food savvy staff, retail certificates and licensing. The store was open for 3 months and included custom programming such as interactive tastings, mini workshops about entertaining and cooking with cheese, live sculpting exhibitions transforming cheese into works of art, as well as private events for consumers and customers hosted by celebrity Chef Michael Symon.
